1. About InterviewReady

InterviewReady provides AI-assisted interview preparation tools, including tailored mock interview questions, audio and video practice, transcription, scoring, feedback and suggested answer improvements.

2. Not professional advice

InterviewReady is an interview-practice tool only. Its AI-generated questions, scores and feedback are informational and educational in nature and do not guarantee employment, interview success, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy or suitability of any particular answer.

3. Your content

You may provide CV or résumé text, job descriptions, interview answers, recordings and other materials. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and must have the right to use and provide it. Do not submit unlawful material or information you are not authorised to share.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate suggestions. You should review all generated questions, transcripts, scores and feedback before relying on them. You remain responsible for what you choose to say or submit in a real interview.

5. Free access and rewarded ads

InterviewReady may provide limited free access, including one free interview question. Eligible free users may also be offered the option to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock additional app functionality. Reward availability may vary and is not guaranteed.

6. InterviewReady Pro

InterviewReady Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription currently renews weekly and unlocks premium features such as full mock interview sets, additional question sets, retries, detailed AI-assisted feedback, video and audio practice, and an ad-free experience.

The subscription price shown in the app and App Store at the time of purchase applies. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Deleting InterviewReady does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Restore Purchases

Where available, you may use the Restore Purchases option in InterviewReady to restore eligible purchases associated with the Apple ID originally used to subscribe.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use InterviewReady for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, payment controls, rewarded-ad limits or security measures;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Service;
• reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• submit content that infringes another person’s rights.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the InterviewReady Privacy Policy.

11. Apple terms

If you download InterviewReady through Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, except to the extent a different agreement is validly made applicable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewReady is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be changed when revisions are made. Continued use of InterviewReady after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
